Monday, March 10, is National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NWGHAAD). The nationwide observance spotlights the impact the virus has on women and girls. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office on Women’s Health (OWH) coordinates the initiative. This year’s theme is “Share Knowledge. Take Action.”
