The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has launched its new “Reasons/Razones” HIV testing campaign, according to an AIDS.gov blog post. The bilingual program is the first CDC effort nationwide targeting Latino gay and bisexual men. The campaign asks, “What’s your reason?/¿Cuál es tu razón?” for getting an HIV test. Images of family, friends and partners are used to support the theme. The campaign, which will appear in print, online and on outdoor advertising, is part of the five-year CDC initiative Act Against AIDS.
