Clinicians and their staff need to remove their judgmentalism when the deal with their patients and even more so behind their patients' backs. If you've seen and heard how some of them - be they the clinician or staff of the clinicians - speak about their patients behind their backs, like I have seen and heard, then you'd know what I mean.

Forced affirmation is never a good look. And that’s exactly what this is. Would “the full human experience of all patients” include fisting, bug chasing and other dangerous behaviors deleterious to health? Will clinicians be constrained from advising patients away from these and many other behaviors, or forced to affirm them, AGAINST all sound science?
