Americans are still confused about the provisions of health carereform, even as many of its components soon begin taking effect instages and continue through 2015, USA Todayreports. Three recent polls by the Kaiser Family Foundation, HarrisInteractive and the National Council on Aging all found that largepercentages of people believed the new law would cut Medicare benefitsfor seniors, cut Medicare payments to doctors and ration health care,which are all false.
